- This project is proposed by the association Beau Bon Bien, culinary practices. The association is committed to healthy and sustainable eating through the organization of events, workshops, training and round tables.\nWe'd like to offer ravioli-making workshops one Monday a month, encouraging cross-generational exchanges (children/grandparents).\nThe ravioli will be made from unsold or unhealthy vegetables, with the idea of working in a circular economy, as well as artisanal and regional flour and cheeses. \n\nThe workshop lasts 2 hours, 3 types of ravioli are made and participants can take them home and even freeze them for future meals.\nParticipation is 5.- per participant, who goes home with 3 portions.\n

- Ce projet est proposé par l’association Beau Bon Bien, pratiques culinaires. L’association est engagée envers une alimentation saine et durable à travers de l’organisation d’événements, des workshops, de la formation, des tables rondes.\nNous souhaitons proposer des ateliers de confection de ravioli un lundi par mois, en favorisant notamment les échanges transgénérationnels (enfants / grands-parents). \nLes ravioli sont faits à partir de légumes moches ou invendus de maraichers, dans l’idée de travailler en économie circulaire, ainsi que de farine et fromages artisanaux et régionaux. \n\nL’atelier dure 2 heures, 3 sortes de ravioli sont confectionnés et les participants peuvent les prendre à la maison à la maison et même les congeler pour de futurs repas. \nLa participation est de 5.- par participant qui repart avec 3 portions à la maison.\n
