- In order to strengthen intergenerational relations and prevent the risks of isolation among seniors. Our association would like to organize a series of community events in our Pavement neighborhood, with the following objectives in particular:\n\nfacilitate information and access to services for seniors;\ndevelop links of proximity and solidarity,\nprevent and limit the risks of isolation and exclusion for seniors:\n* Daily or weekly shopping assistance\n* Yoga sessions\n*Motor skills and memory games\n* Preparation of hot meals if the elderly person is ill or alone, the meal will be taken home.\n\nWe need:\n*A list of seniors who would like to sign up for our events.\nFrom where they can call us for help. Event dates will be communicated directly to the list of seniors by phone or e-mail.\n\n

- Afin de renforcer les relations intergénérationnelles et prévenir les risques d’isolement chez les aîné-e-s. Notre association souhaite organiser une série d’événements de proximité dans notre quartier du Pavement qui a notamment pour objectif de:\n\nfaciliter l’information et l’accès aux prestations pour les seniors;\ndévelopper des liens de proximité et de solidarité,\nprévenir et limiter les risques d’isolement et d’exclusion des aîné-e-s d'ou:\n* Accompagnements aux courses journaliére ou hebdomadaire\n* Séances de Yoga\n*Jeux de motricité et de mémoire\n* Préparation des répas chauds si la personne agée est malade ou seule, le répas sera ramené chez lui\n\nOn a besoin:\n*Avoir une liste des ainé-e-s,nom, adresse et natel qui veulent s'inscrire à nos èvènements\nD'ou ils peuvent nous appeler pour avoir de l'aide.
