Monday is ravioli!
A ravioli-making workshop promoting cross-generational exchanges and in a circular economy.

Families, children aged 7 and over, teenagers, adults, seniors.
Your project in detail
This project is proposed by the association BBB, culinary practices. The association is committed to healthy and sustainable eating through the organization of events, workshops, training, and round tables. We'd like to offer ravioli-making workshops one Monday a month, encouraging cross-generational exchanges (children/grandparents). The ravioli will be made from unsold or unhealthy vegetables, with the idea of working in a circular economy, as well as artisanal and regional flour and cheeses. The workshop lasts 2 hours, 3 types of ravioli are made and participants can take them home and even freeze them for future meals. Participation is 5.- per participant, who goes home with 3 portions.
