The association is committed to healthy and sustainable eating through the organization of events, workshops, training, and round tables. We'd like to offer ravioli-making workshops one Monday a month, encouraging cross-generational exchanges (children/grandparents). The ravioli will be made from unsold or unhealthy vegetables, with the idea of working in a circular economy, as well as artisanal and regional flour and cheeses. The workshop lasts 2 hours, 3 types of ravioli are made and participants can take them home and even freeze them for future meals.
